Roger and Deborah Schroeder moved to Marshall, Minnesota when Deborah was hired as Youth Minister, a position which she enjoyed for several years before choosing to stay home to raise their kids. The Schroeders have since been involved in their church community in many ways: chaperoning for youth events, facilitating their parish Women’s and Men’s Emmaus Retreat, and participating in music ministry.
Deborah has a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology while Roger earned a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Administration. Deborah and Roger have been presenters at Engaged Encounter Retreats for the Diocese of New Ulm for over 15 years, and are excited to extend their passion and skill for meaningful retreats by providing a Marriage Enrichment Retreat:
